It is not possible to redeem Loyalty Points for rewards with Archive purchases. However, any Loyalty Points earned from your Archive purchase can be redeemed in your next order, which must contain regular products.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Archive purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of placing the order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your order once payment has been completed. However, once your order has been delivered, you may return it within 14 days.
Archive products can be returned.
Please note that returns outside the 14-day return period, after receiving your purchase, will not be accepted. Ensure that the purchase is returned in its original packaging.
Archive products cannot be exchanged for different products.
