SOPHIA MAE is looking for on-call Client Advisors for our flagship store in Amsterdam, opening its doors in the fourth quarter of this year. As a Client Advisor, you create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and provide personal advice that fully aligns with our products, vision and brand experience. You are service-oriented and do everything you can to make sure every customer feels seen and helped, and leaves the store with a good feeling.

Responsibilities
- You welcome customers in a warm and friendly way, so they feel at ease right away
- You give customers personal advice, tailored to their needs
- You actively contribute to the SOPHIA MAE brand experience in the flagship store
- You keep the store clean, inviting and presentable
- You ensure a neat and organized presentation of the products
- You process deliveries and restock inventory where needed
- You actively think along about improvements on the floor and in service

- Fluent in Dutch and able to express yourself well in English
