Within the Netherlands, if your order is placed on business days before 23:59, it will be shipped the same day. You can expect your order to be delivered the next business day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask you to be a little more patient: you can expect your order the following Tuesday. We do not ship on the following public holidays: January 1st, April 9th, April 10th, April 26th (orders placed today will be processed but will be delivered on the 28th), April 27th (orders placed today will be processed on the 28th), May 18th, May 28th, May 29th, December 5th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, and December 31st. If you order on one of these dates your order will be shipped the next business day. For orders shipped to a country outside the Netherlands, the delivery may take slightly longer.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €35 within the Netherlands and all orders over €50 within Belgium. For orders of less than this, delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page. The standard shipping rates are:
