The Archive categories serve as an indication of any defects the product may have. They provide information about the condition of the product, such as minor defects, damage or other imperfections that may be present.
Due to the size of the Archive collection, we can't be certain which defect your ordered product may have. The possible defects are described next to each product.
The Archive products have a reduced price because of minor defects, damage or other imperfections. To give these products a second chance, they can be purchased for a lower price than regular products.

Yes, you earn Loyalty Points with every Archive purchase. This occurs in the same manner as a regular order.
It is not possible to redeem Loyalty Points for rewards with Archive purchases. However, any Loyalty Points earned from your Archive purchase can be redeemed in your next order, which must contain regular products.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Archive purchases will be shipped within 5 business days of placing the order.
Archive products can be returned.
Please note that returns outside the 14-day return period, after receiving your purchase, will not be accepted. Ensure that the purchase is returned in its original packaging.
Archive products cannot be exchanged for different products.
Our standard return policy applies to products from the Archive.
