Accessibility features
We've aimed to follow WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, including providing alt text for images, ensuring sufficient color contrast, enabling full keyboard navigation, and supporting screen readers. We’re also working to improve form accessibility, video captions, and consistent structure across all pages.
Non-accessible content
Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of this website, we are aware of some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.
Known accessibility limitations for this website:
Color Contrast Issues:
- Text elements: Various text elements including product information (such as "100 ml"), promotional text (like "A Natural Radiant Glow"), placeholder text, and error messages have insufficient contrast ratios below the required 4.5:1 standard
- UI elements: Several interactive elements have insufficient contrast, including edit field borders, dropdown menus, and combobox borders (below the required 3:1 standard)
Screen Reader Accessibility Issues:
- Semantic structure: Visually appearing headings are not properly tagged as heading elements, and many interactive elements lack proper role definitions
- Images and media: Decorative images (including product images) are not hidden from screen readers, and some informative images lack appropriate alt text
- Form and interaction feedback: Many form controls lack proper labels, and status messages are not properly announced to screen reader users
Multimedia Issues:
- Video captions: Our videos do not have captions or audio descriptions, making them inaccessible to users who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Multimedia controls: Some media players lack proper keyboard controls and screen reader accessibility
Keyboard Navigation Issues:
- Focus management: Focus indicators are not visible on some interactive elements (like the heart icon), and focus order does not always match the visual presentation order
- Operability: Some interactive elements and expandable components cannot be accessed or operated using keyboard navigation alone
Structure and Navigation Issues:
- Information architecture: Some information presented visually does not follow a logical structure in the code, and some links lack descriptive text explaining their purpose
- Dynamic content: Focus is not properly managed when dialogs or popovers appear
Responsive Design and Zoom Issues:
- Zoom functionality: While the site supports 200% zoom, text may overflow containers and some content becomes unusable at higher zoom levels
- Font settings: Browser font size settings do not correctly apply to all page elements

Screen readers: NVDA and JAWS on Windows
-
macOS with Safari browser
Screen reader: VoiceOver on Mac
