How to use

When using the candle for the first time, let the candle burn until the top of the wax has completely melted, this allows the candle to burn evenly and prevent tunneling. Repeat this step every time you light the candle. Regularly cut the wick (ideal length 5 mm) to make sure you get the most out of your scented candle and be sure to centre the wick in the wax after each use for consistent consumption of the wax.

The wax of our scented candles has a strong scent. Once blown out, the melted wax keeps its scent for a long time. To maintain the quality of the scent, there is no need to burn the candle for more than three hours. If the temperature gets too high due to burning the candle for too long, it may affect the quality of the scent.

We recommend not placing the scented candle near an open window or door to prevent the flame from flapping or smoking due to the draft. This results in black prints that can be seen on the edges.

Please be advised not to burn the candle all the way to the bottom to prevent too much heat development.

This high-quality candle contains a blend of vegan waxes, including rapeseed, coconut and soy wax. It does not contain paraffin. Each candle will burn for approximately 10 hours.

We have deliberately opted for a design that promotes the reuse of our candle holders. When the candle is empty, these versatile holders can be repurposed in various ways, such as transforming them into flower pots, pen holders, or makeup brush organizers. This approach not only reduces waste but also encourages creativity and provides long-lasting functionality for our candle holders.

Yes, our candle holders are designed to be reused. Once the candle has burned down, simply remove any remaining wax and clean the glass. The holder can then be given a second life in many ways, such as a flower pot, pen holder, or makeup brush holder.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. - Flame and smoke: If the flame is too high or the candle smokes, extinguish it and trim the wick to about 5 mm for a steadier flame and to prevent soot. - General tips: Keep the candle away from breezes or air currents to maintain an even burn and a consistent fragrance release.

Our scented candles are designed to diffuse a refined yet noticeable fragrance. Even when unlit, you can subtly detect the scent. While burning, the fragrance fills the room and, depending on the size of the space and ventilation, can linger for several hours after the candle has been extinguished.

How long does a scented candle typically last? 

The burn time of a scented candle depends on factors such as size, wax type, wick, and how the candle is used. In general, the larger the candle, the longer the burn time. Our midi scented candles burn for up to 30 hours and the maxi scented candles for up to 70 hours. For the best results, we recommend placing the candle in a draft-free spot, keeping the wick trimmed to about 5 mm, and avoiding burning it for more than three hours at a time.

How to use scented candles?

To use a scented candle effectively, trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use to prevent excessive soot and uneven burning. Light the candle in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, and let it burn until the entire surface has melted to avoid tunneling. Extinguish the flame with a candle snuffer or by dipping the wick into the melted wax. Always follow safety guidelines by keeping candles away from flammable objects and never leaving them unattended.

Where does a candle burn best?

Our candles are perfect for both small and large rooms. In smaller spaces, the fragrance naturally feels more concentrated, while in larger rooms it offers a softer, more subtle diffusion.
