Within the Netherlands, if your order is placed on business days before 23:59, it will be shipped the same day. You can expect your order to be delivered the next business day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, we ask you to be a little more patient: you can expect your order the following Tuesday. We do not ship on the following public holidays: January 1st, April 9th, April 10th, April 26th (orders placed today will be processed but will be delivered on the 28th), April 27th (orders placed today will be processed on the 28th), May 18th, May 28th, May 29th, December 5th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, and December 31st. If you order on one of these dates your order will be shipped the next business day. For orders shipped to a country outside the Netherlands, the delivery may take slightly longer.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €40 within The Netherlands and Belgium and over €60 within France for Members. For orders without an account, we offer free shipping on all orders over €60 within The Netherlands and Belgium and over €80 within France. When your package leaves the warehouse, we send an email notifying you that your package is on its way, along with a track & trace link to track your package.

When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for three or four hours. Every time you light the candle, let the candle burn until the top of the wax has completely melted, this allows the candle to burn evenly and prevent tunneling. Regularly cut the wick (ideal length 5 mm) to make sure you get the most out of your scented candle and be sure to centre the wick in the wax after each use for consistent consumption of the wax.

The wax of our scented candles has a strong scent. Once blown out, the melted wax keeps its scent for a long time. To maintain the quality of the scent, there is no need to burn the candle for more than four hours. If the temperature gets too high due to burning the candle for too long, it may affect the quality of the scent.

We recommend not placing the scented candle near an open window or door to prevent the flame from flapping or smoking due to the draft. This results in black prints that can be seen on the edges.

Please be advised not to burn the candle all the way to the bottom to prevent too much heat development.
