Should we receive an item back that doesn’t meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. We will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.
- The return shipping costs are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging.
- The item must not be used or damaged.
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
You may return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions. First register your return in our return portal using the button below and follow the next steps:
Step 1: Log in
Log into the return portal with your email address and order number. (link below)
Step 2: Indicate items to be returned
Please indicate which items you wish to return and for what reason.
Step 3: Select carrier
Select the carrier you want to ship your package with.
Step 4: Pay shipping
Pay directly for the shipping of the return.
Step 5: Print return label
After payment you can download and print your return label. Stick it on your package and have it scanned by your chosen carrier.
Returns will be processed within seven business days of their arrival at our facility. You will receive a confirmation of this in the form of a credit note, after which your money will be refunded via the payment method you used within a few days.
Please note: in case of returns, a product received free of charge must also be returned. If this is not the case, the sales value of this product will be charged.
Request return label
Only products purchased on the sophia-mae.com website can be returned to SOPHIA MAE for a refund. Products purchased somewhere else, must be returned to their original point of purchase.
Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by SOPHIA MAE. We may need to see this if we fail to receive your package.
