SHIPPING

In the Netherlands, orders placed on business days before 23:59 will be temporarily shipped within 1 to 3 business days. This is due to high demand. Weekend orders can be anticipated to be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. 

Orders to countries outside the Netherlands may experience slightly longer delivery times. No shipping occurs on specific public holidays: January 1st, April 9th, April 10th, April 26th, April 27th, May 18th, May 28th, May 29th, December 5th, December 24th, December 25th, December 26th, and December 31st. The orders placed on these days will be automatically carried over to the next day.

Free shipping for Members on orders over €40 in the Netherlands and Belgium, and over €60 in France. Non-members get free shipping on orders over €60 in the Netherlands and Belgium, and over €80 in France. For orders below these amounts, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
