RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Return Conditions – Online Orders

1.1 Our return conditions for online purchases are as follows:

• The return shipping cost of €6.50 will be deducted from the refund amount;

• The order must be returned in its original packaging;

• The product(s) must not be used or damaged, and the seal of a sealed product must not be broken;

• A return received outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted;

• If you have received gifts a part of an exclusive promotion on our webshop and decide to return your order (partially or completely), you must also return the received gifts. This condition only applies if you no longer meet the conditions of the promotion; otherwise, it does not apply.

1.2 If we receive a product(s) that does not meet the above return conditions, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return. We will charge additional shipping costs to return the product(s) to you.

1.3 Complying with these return conditions is essential for the correct processing of the return. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the deduction of the value of the non-returned gifts from the total refund amount.

2. Return Instructions – Online Orders

Online orders can only be returned online. You may return your online order at your own expense and in its original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions as outlined above.

First, register your return in our return portal using the button below and follow these steps:

• Step 1: Log in

Log in to the return portal with your email address and order number. Please note, place a # before the order number (Link below).

• Step 2: Indicate which items you want to return

Specify the items you want to return and the reason for the return.

• Step 3: Select a carrier

Choose the carrier with which you want to ship your package.

• Step 4: Pay for shipping

Pay directly for the shipping of the return.

• Step 5: Print return label

After payment, you can download and print the return label. Attach it to your package and have it scanned by the carrier you selected.

A return will be processed within 7 business days of arrival at our location. You will receive confirmation in the form of a credit note, and your money will be refunded within 14 days via the payment method you originally used.

Note: When returning your order, any gift you received for free must also be returned. If this does not happen, we will charge the sale value of the product.

3. Return Label – Online Orders

3.1 Only products purchased at www.sophia-mae.com can be returned to SOPHIA MAE for a refund. Products purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original point of sale.

3.2 Keep your proof of postage until you are certain that your package has been safely received by SOPHIA MAE. We may need to see this, if we do not receive your package.

3.3 If desired, it is also possible to use the model withdrawal form.

4. Right of Withdrawal

4.1 By purchasing a product on our webshop, a distance contract has been concluded. You have the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days after the day you received the ordered product.

4.2 SOPHIA MAE is entitled to unilaterally amend these return conditions. These terms were last amended on May 23, 2025.

5. Return Conditions – Flagship Store Amsterdam

5.1 Our return conditions for in-store purchases are as follows:

• The product(s) must be returned to the Flagship Store in Amsterdam;

• The product(s) must be in their original packaging;

• The product(s) must not be used or damaged, and the seal of a sealed product must remain intact;

• Returns received after the 14-day return period will not be accepted;

• If you received gifts as part of an exclusive promotion in our Flagship Store in Amsterdam, and decide to return your order (in part or in full), these gifts must also be returned. This condition only applies if you no longer meet the requirements of the promotion; otherwise, it does not apply.

5.2 If we receive a product that does not meet the above return conditions, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

5.3 Complying with these return conditions is essential for the correct processing of your return. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the deduction of the value of non-returned gifts from your total refund amount.

6. Return Instructions – Flagship Store Amsterdam

6.1 Products purchased in our Flagship Store in Amsterdam can only be returned in-store. Exchanges are not possible.

6.2 You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided the product meets our return conditions.

6.3 Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sealed products can only be returned if the seal has not been broken.

6.4 After withdrawing from the agreement, the product(s) must be returned to the Flagship Store in Amsterdam as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the date of purchase.

6.5 SOPHIA MAE will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) within 2 days of receiving the return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
