FROM CONCEPT TO CREATION: ROSA SCENTED CANDLE

HOW DID THE IDEA FOR ROSA SCENTED CANDLE COME ABOUT?

The scent of roses is often associated with a somewhat old-fashioned scent. We wanted to change this perception, because the scent of roses can actually have a beautiful and luxurious dimension. We decided to develop a scented candle that introduced people to this wonderful scent in a refined way.

CAN YOU TELL US MORE ABOUT THE SCENT NOTES?

The top note is of course rose, which is the most prominent scent. In addition, musk and benzoin provide a warm, sweet and romantic undertone. The interplay of these notes creates a unique, luxurious scent experience.

CAN YOU SHARE DETAILS ABOUT THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ROSA SCENTED CANDLE?

The production process was a long search for the perfect composition and formulation. We spent a lot of time perfecting every aspect. Rosa scented candle is the most strongly scented of all our candles, you can even smell it when the candle is not burning.

IN WHAT SIZES IS ROSA SCENTED CANDLE AVAILABLE?

The candle is available in a midi and - since Valentine’s Day 2024 - maxi size, but also in a size mini in our Discovery set. This set contains four of our scented candle minis, including Rosa, Aphrodite, Artemis and Hestia. The Discovery set is made to let you discover Rosa, but also the other three scents.

WHAT IS THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME OF ROSA?

The name is simply named after the characteristic scent of the candle. We wanted the name to directly reflect the essence of the fragrance.

WHAT KIND OF FEELING DOES ROSA CONVEY?

Rosa scented candle evokes the feeling of spring and summer, but also of softness, romance and comfort. The rose, with its pleasant and soft aroma, really conveys this feeling.
